The Contractor shall agree through the Contract to comply with this Section and the remaining provisions of the Labor Code. Insurance Requirements The Contractor shall provide insurance in accordance with these Specifications. The Contractor will be required to pay to all workers on the project sums not less than the sums set forth in the documents entitled "General Prevailing Wage Determination made by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to California Labor Code Part 7, Chapter 1, Article 2, Sections 1770, 1773, 1773.1". In addition, the Contractor shall guarantee all work against defective workmanship and materials furnished by the Contractor for a period of one (1) year from the date the work was completed in accordance with Sections 2-4 and 6-8 of the Standard Specifications for the Public Works Construction.
