This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by AECOM (Owner’s Engineer) on behalf of the Town of Rosetown (Owner) to submit non-binding Proposals for Town of Rosetown Arena Upgrades located at 901 Highway 4 North, Rosetown, Saskatchewan. The Town of Rosetown intends to enter a design build contract to complete the Work summarized as follows: Scope Item 1: Design upgrades to the facility including replacement of the existing refrigerated floor, new brine lines, and new dasher boards. Scope Item 2: Administer construction of the designed upgrades complete with commissioning of the refrigerated floor and reinstallation of the existing glass onto the dasher board system. The RFP documentation is posted publicly on SaskTenders, all submissions shall be submitted online through SaskTenders. Questions or inquiries concerning this RFP shall be directed to the Owner's Engineer and can be submitted to riley.houle@aecom.com no later then October 9th, 2024.
