Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Sun West School Division is currently seeking tenders for the replacement of the operable stage wall at Walter Aseltine School located in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. The work consists of the removal of an existing operable wall between Gymnasium 145 and Music Room 145, including all associated tracks and obsolete supports, and partial removal of the bulkhead and adjacent curtain track. Lights and other fixtures are to be removed and reinstalled to accommodate the installation of the new operable wall. The installation of the new operable wall system includes a new track suspended from the existing structural steel above the opening, with the intent to re-use existing hanger locations to support the operable wall. Installation of new finished to the stage bulkhead and patching of ceiling finished affected by the work.
