The R.M. of Pleasant Valley No. 288 will be proceeding with the crushing of 55,000 yards of gravel, crushed and stockpiled on SE 22-30-18 W3. Crushing can begin any time after August 1, 2025 but before November 15, 2025. The RM reserves the right to request additional crushing, up to a maximum of 5% of initial agreement amount, at the same bid price and conditions. This may occur before or during the crushing process. Any further requests will be presented as an amendment to the agreement and will be signed by both the RM and the Contractor. The awarded contractor shall not crush more than 5% of the tendered amount unless mutually agreed upon within an amendment. The RM is accepting sealed tenders for the crushing of the following specification on the SE22-30-18 W3: o 47,000 yards of 7/8" traffic gravel o 3,000 yards of 7/8" clean gravel o 5,000 yards of 2" gravel Competition Type: Invitation to Tender Agreement Type: NWPTA
