Renovation of an educational facility in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Sun West School Division is currently seeking tenders for the replacement of the theater operable wall at Rosetown Central High School located in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. The work consists of removal of the existing operable wall system and the partial demolition of existing bulkhead finishes and framing to accommodate new work. Careful removal of existing light fixtures mounted within the bulkhead and provision of temporary support for all mechanical items (ductwork, sprinklers, etc.) to accommodate new work. Construction for hoarding walls to secure the Project Work Area. The construction of new demising wall between Rooms 140 and 107, including but not limited to new structural steel framing, new metal stud and drywall finished for demising wall and reconstructed bulkhead. The installation of a new operable wall system including all necessary tracks, closures, seals, and other accessories required for installation. The installation of new aluminum framing and glazing, complete with window shades. And painting and graphics as detailed in the Contract Documents.
