Reconstruction of SW Kerry Street (known as 110th Street by Madison County) from Woodland Avenue to SW 60th Street as part of the proposed Microsoft Ruthenium development. SW Kerry Street is currently a rural unpaved 2-lane cross section and will be reconstructed as a paved urban 2-lande cross section. The project will include grading storm sewer, water main, fiber conduit, paving, multi-use trail, and other miscellaneous work. Design is currently planned to take place throughout the remainder of 2024, with the right-of-way and easement acquisitions planned for early 2025, utility relocations in 2025, bidding late 2025, and construction in 2026. This project is included in the city's fy 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Program.
