Collection and Disposal of Residential and Business Refuse & Recyclable Materials. The envelope containing the Proposal must be sealed and plainly marked "Proposal for Collection and Disposal of Residential and Business Refuse & Recyclable Materials." The City's Instructions to Bidders are provided in Exhibit 1. The City's General Conditions of the Contract are listed in Exhibit 2. The City's Performance Expectations for all services are detailed in Exhibit 3. A sample Contract for Services that will be required for signature is Exhibit 4. This contract will not be revised to appease and will be a binding agreement between the City and the selected firm. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or of any of the contract documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City further reserves the right to reject all proposals or award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the City.
