Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Brookline, Vermont. Working plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
**As of November 18, 2024, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** Scraping and Priming South wall of historic building. Bids are being solicited for prime painting the exterior of the south facing wall of the Annex of the Historic Brookline Church, to protect the surface for future work. Remove all loose paint and prepare surfaces for oil priming of south wall clapboards, door and window flat trim to jambs including sills, leaving door and window sash alone. These steps are being taken to minimize further deterioration and improve appearance until further building restoration occurs. The Town of Brookline reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the bid most favorable to the town. A current certificate of insurance is required when submitting your bid as well as a copy of your lead paint certifications.
