Reference Number 0000365032 The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids from Contractors. The proposed project consists of, but not limited to, reset limestone, replace broken concrete steps, replace broken handrails, tuck point joints, and remove and replace basement windows with glass blocks. All necessary permits should be pulled at the building department with the fee being waived as it is a city-owned building. A mandatory site inspection is required before bidding attach form to bid.
