GMAHL- Beaver Drive Sanitary Sewer Project The General Municipal Authority of Harveys Lake is requesting Bids for the BEAVER DRIVE SANITARY SEWER REPAIR PROJECT, generally consisting of installing cleanouts on sewer laterals, CCTV inspection of said sewer laterals, repair of lateral defects, and repair of an 8" gravity sewer main Questions Due Date: Oct 25th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with bid alternates as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include all forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. This Project is financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of this project.
