The Douglas County School District is requesting proposals from licensed, experienced, qualified firms to provide the Legacy Arena with custodial and light maintenance services by providing all management, supervision, labor, cleaning personnel, materials, equipment, cleaning supplies, tools, and other materials as required in accordance with the plans and specifications as outlined in this proposal package. The Douglas County School District reserves the right to waive technicalities, to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity in proposals received, to award the entire proposal to one Respondent or to multiple Respondents or to make awards by group or location, whichever is in the best interest of the Douglas County School District; hereafter referred to as "DCSD", except where noted for clarity. Contract Term Begins Tuesday, December 3, 2024 Submission of Questions by Wednesday, October 30, 2024 (via Bonfire portal) 2:00 pm EST Response to Questions Wednesday, November 6, 2024 (via Bonfire portal) 5:00 pm EST Each proposal must be accompanied by a BID BOND in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid (excluding all alternates) for the first year of the contract made payable to Douglas County Board of Education and issued by a Surety authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. This security is required as a guarantee that the Respondent will do all of the following with thirty (30) business days of the proposal award.
