Value: $ 2,604,499.00 This solicitation has been designated to be awarded to a State of Minnesota Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Business. ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity in Procurement, will be considered. Site Address: 600 Robert Street North City: St. Paul County: Ramsey State/Province: MN A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Like-for-like replacement of approximately 3400 light fixtures or lamps on the lower, first, second, third, and fourth floors of the Stassen Building in Saint Paul, Minnesota. 2. Responsibly dispose of the removed light fixtures and lamps. 3. Provide new Crestron dimming devices and associated power and control wiring to add central and local dimming controls throughout the building. 4. Integrate the new dimming controls into the existing Crestron lighting control system and provide commissioning of the new lighting controls. DESCRIPTION OF ALTERNATES Alternate 1 (lobby high ceiling) The Alternate scope is like-for-like replacement of approximately 32 light fixtures in the main lobby and exterior entry canopy of the Stassen Building in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Responsibly dispose of the removed light fixtures and lamps. Provide new Crestron dimming devices and associated control wiring to add central and local dimming controls for the associated light fixtures. Integrate the new dimming controls into the existing Crestron lighting control system and provide commissioning of the new lighting controls. Alternate #2 (Skjagstad Room) The Alternate scope is like-for-like replacement of approximately 51 light fixtures in the Skjagstad Room of the Stassen Building in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Responsibly dispose of the removed light fixtures and lamps. Provide new Crestron dimming devices and associated control wiring to add central and local dimming controls for the associated light fixtures. Integrate the new dimming controls into the existing Crestron lighting control system and provide commissioning of the new lighting controls. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $1.3 million or greater.
