he proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct 24-164 Heritage Subdivision Drainage and Erosion Control, Phase 2A & 2B - ARPA #DNR-LP-AA8BAE59BE64 in St. Charles County, Missouri. The construction shall include all work incidental to the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct the drainage pipes and structures, along with rock blankets, gabion walls, erosion control devices, and other appurtenances. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Certified Check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved Surety Company and payable to the County, in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the Sum Total of the Base Bid. All labor used in the construction of this public improvement shall be paid a wage no less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages of work of a similar character in this locality as established by the State Wage Rate, Annual Wage Order 31, dated April 17, 2024.
