The project goal is to restore the dome of the Kimball Public Library, including: 1. Structural and underlayment repairs 2. Replacement in-kind of the dome's rolled-copper roof 3. Restoration of the dome's skylight 4. Interested, qualified bidders shall include in the proposal all sub-consultant services it deems necessary to perform the Scope of Work for the project, including but not limited to the following: Architectural Design, Preservation, Structural Engineering, etc. The Owner reserves the right, in exercising its discretion: 1. To reject all submissions received; 2. To accept a submission with no further discussion, in whole or in part; 3. To reject a submission for any defects, or irregularities, or provisions inconsistent with this RFP; 4.
