A new networkable campus-wide fire alarm system will be installed, and new access control, surveillance, and intrusion security systems will be installed and upgraded for the campus. Security Scope: Project scope is to upgrade / replace existing access control hardware / software, surveillance system upgrades, and intrusion detection system upgrades for Morgan Community College (MCC). The campus consists of nine (9) buildings: Aspen hall, Birch hall, Cedar hall, Cottonwood hall, CSTT, Elm hall, Poplar hall, Spruce hall, and 300 Main, which is located offsite in downtown fort morgan. In addition to security system upgrades, all door lock cylinder cores shall be replaced throughout each building. Safety Scope: This project consists of the replacement of all fire alarm systems on Morgan Community College campus located in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This is being completed as a maintenance upgrade. The fire alarm contractor shall provide a new fully addressable, Notifier, fire alarm system with voice evacuation notification throughout each building.
