The term of the agreement is for one three-year contract with an additional two optional three-year extensions by mutual agreement. The first year will start on January 20, 2025 and end on June 30, 2025. The 2nd and 3rd year starts July 1st and end on June 30th. Purchase Type Duration: 3 years Option: Additional two 3-year extensions for a possible nine-year term After the third year and at the first year of the first and second three-year extensions, a CPI increase is allowable subject to a maximum increase of 2.5%.
