The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Replacement and Maintenance of Roll-Up and Pedestrian Doors for Building 920 - JFTB located at Joint Forces Training Base - Building 920, 11302 Independence Road, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Work to include: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, disposal needs, equipment, and warranties to complete the removal, disposal, and replacement of nine (9) roll up doors and associated hardware, lubrication and adjustment of six (6) single pedestrian and seven (7) double door sets to include door hardware locks, actuating mechanisms (levers, panic bars, etc.,), hinges, replacement of all exterior door weathervvstrip seals, and installation of new automatic fullvmortised door sweep devices in Building 920 in accordance with this scope of work and associated plans provided. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-61 - Limited Specialty Classification: D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices License or subcontract to one. To be considered a responsive bidder all prime contractors with the exception of a certified Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) must subcontract work to DVBEs a minimum of 5% to meet the DVBE participation goal.
