The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Janitorial Services at the Sunburst Youth Academy located at 4022 Saratoga Ave Bldg 21, Los Alamitos, California on or around January 2025 through December 2027, in accordance with the technical specifications. A certified Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) shall receive a 5% preference on a bid proposal when a responsible non-DVBE has submitted the lowest priced responsive bid. The Military Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids
