Qualified bidders offering to provide perform Janitorial Services at the California Job ChalleNGe located at 4122 Saratoga Ave Bldg 20, Los Alamitos, California in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).The term for this service will on or around January 2025 through December 2027. A certified Small Business (SB) shall receive a 5% preference on a bid proposal when a responsible non-small business has submitted the lowest priced responsive bid. A certified Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) shall receive a 5% preference on a bid proposal when a responsible non-DVBE has submitted the lowest priced responsive bid. The Military Department has determined that there is not sufficient time provided for the State mandated DVBE requirements of this project. The Military Department waives all of the DVBE requirements on this project. Contractors are still encouraged to provide DVBE subcontractors but are not required to meet any minimum participation requirements. The Military Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
