Bid Stage IV - Due 11/13/24 @ 1:00 pm: BP 2.1 - Demolition & Abatement Remodel - Revised BP 4.0 - Masonry - Revised BP 7.0 - Roofing BP 7.1 - Siding & Sheet Metal Flashing BP 8.1 - Storefronts, Windows & Glazing - Revised BP 9.0 - Framing, GWB - Revised BP 9.1 - Painting - Revised BP 9.2 - Resilient & Carpet Flooring BP 9.3 - Resinous Flooring & Tiling - Revised This narrative is intended to give the reader a General understanding of the flow of work for the Intercity Transit Pattison South Parcel Expansion Project. The Pattison South Parcel Expansion is located roughly at 526 Pattison Street, SE Olympia, WA 98501. This project consists of the demolition of the existing administration building, construction of a permanent storage metal structure, renovation of the existing maintenance building and surrounding site work/ civil upgrades. The project will begin with underground Electrical and Mechanical infrastructure in Phase 1. Next in Phase 2 will be demolishing the existing Administration building in preparation for a newly paved employee parking lot, constructing two new infiltration galleries, and installing a gravity retaining wall at the grade change between the new parking lot and existing entrance. Following this work, in Phase 3 will be construction of the third and final large infiltration gallery, building the metal storage structure, and demolishing/replacing all existing hardscape of the east side bus tarmac. Finally, in Phase 4 we will take over the existing Intercity Transit maintenance building once Intercity Transit moves their maintenance team into the metal storage structure and begin to perform selective demo in preparation for a full remodel (MEP, Structural Upgrades, Interior/Exterior Finishes, Removal/Relocation of existing owner equipment, etc.) as well as replacing North and South existing heavy paving hardscape and associated landscaping. The Intercity Transit Pattison South Parcel Expansion Project will be a functioning 24-hour campus. Construction will be isolated from the active campus allowing for sole use for construction teams working on this project. That said, Intercity Transit will be utilizing the same site will we construct each phase, therefore planning and a logistically minded approach is a must on this project. See site logistics plan for further information found in Exhibit A. Construction is expected to begin January 2025.
