This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood ("the Town") to prospective bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of Commercial Building Cleaning Services at Various Town Facilities within the Town of Collingwood The Town of Collingwood has a number of sites (Table A below), which require commercial cleaning services to be provided at scheduled times. The Purpose of this contract is to enter into an agreement with an experienced professional service provider for the provision of all scheduled and ad hoc cleaning requirements at the facilities indicated in these documents. Bid Security required in the amount of $5,000.00 Time-frame for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract: Two (2) year original term with three (3) optional years. The Town does not warrant, represent, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any bid documents and/or information retrieved from any third-party source other than Biddingo.com/Collingwood or in person from the Town of Collingwood.
