Any alterations to the document(s) made by the Bidder, other than completing worksheets/forms, may be grounds for rejection of proposal, cancellation of any subsequent award, or any other legal remedies available to the Ponca City Development Authority The PCDA is administering this RFP for qualified bidders to submit a proposal for BUILDING HVAC REPLACEMENT, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The PCDA is administering this RFP for qualified bidders to submit a proposal for BUILDING HVAC REPLACEMENT, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The project scope includes: The removal of three (3) existing roof top HVAC units and replacement with new 5 Ton HVAC package units per specs listed in the RFP Bid Documents. The Removal of four (4) existing roof top HVAC units and replacement with new 7.5-ton HVAC package units per specs listed in the RFP Bid Documents. It will be the responsibility of the winning Contractor to identify the correct placement of the units based on tonnage as out- lined in the RFP Bid Documents. Specific submittal instructions are included in the RFP and it is the responsibility of the bidder to submit as specified in the RFP.
