Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of March 6, 2025 bids rejected.No definite date for the rebid. Furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to construct a new scale house at the Ponca City landfill. Work will include site prep (dirt work), concrete pad placement, stick framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Questions shall be answered for prospective bidders at the pre-bid conference by addendum to the contract. All bidders are responsible for knowledge disseminated at said conference. Telephone messages should be directed to the Tim McNew at 580-767-0454 The information for Bidders, Forms of Bids, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Statutory Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk of Ponca City, Oklahoma. The successful bidder shall submit Certification of Insurance for Public Liability and Workers Compensation in the amounts prescribed by Statute with the City of Ponca City named as additional insured. A cashiers check, a certified check or a security bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
