Any alterations to the document(s) made by the Bidder, other than completing worksheets/forms, may be grounds for rejection of proposal, cancellation of any subsequent award, or any other legal remedies available to the Ponca City Development Authority The PCDA is administering this RFP for qualified bidders to submit a proposal for BUILDING ROOF REPAIRS, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The project scope includes: Overlay New Roofing Material on Front Awning (Exhibit "A") as out- lined in the RFP Bid Documents as follows: Provide & install 1/2" Secure Shield HD Cover Board, or equivalent, mechanically attached over existing front awning roof (approximately 300 square feet). Provide & install Car- lisle 115mil Fleece Back TM TPO Membrane, or equivalent to, fully adhered w/ FlexibleFAST TM or equivalent. Provide & install new 24-Gauge custom trim metal for awning Repair approximately 15 RTU curbs. Install missing fasteners in termination bars in multiple locations. Install proper TPO outside corners heat welded to the roofing membrane also in multiple locations. Install proper sealant to termination bars. Provide & install missing T-Joint patches as needed. Make repairs to all punctures and tears in existing membrane. Probe, prime, and reseal deficient pitch pans and inspect, lo- cate, and repair any cold welds on seams Specific submittal instructions are included in the RFP and it is the responsibility of the bidder to submit as specified in the RFP
