Contractor to Test and Balance the entire system during project closeout prior to the Owner's Final Acceptance. Contractor responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permitting pursuant with the associated construction drawings. The specifications provided outline the required parameters; however, we request a similar air handler and condensing unit compatible with the new refrigerant R-454B instead of the specified R-410A refrigerant.
