Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Winchester Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Removal and replacement of two pilings and the installation of 22 steel brace members Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. All Bidders must submit a list of their first-tier subcontractors. Bidders are not required to submit a prequalification application. The Board of Commissioners will not consider a bid unless the bidder is registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. Bidders shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rates). Each Bid must contain a statement as to whether the Bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The Project does not require a contractor or subcontractor to be licensed under ORS 468A.720 for asbestos abatement. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive technicalities, and to award the contract to the lowest responsive responsible Bidder. The Board of Commissioners may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements and may reject all Bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. All questions and/or requests for interpretation or correction shall be in writing and addressed to the Contract Administrator no later than November 12th, 2024.
