Renovation of a transportation facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The scope of work, as indicated in Appendix B, consists of tinting or re-tinting windows of Gates A13 to A20 and all B Gate holding rooms, and the bottom half of the six emergency exit doors at Gates A1 to A12, and tinting of all windows and glass doors on the 7th floor of the Terminal 1 Building. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Building B license or Specialty Contractor C-22 or - license at the time of bidding. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public.
