Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center.

Alterations required for HVAC upgrades / replacement of the existing mechanical systems and equipment and providing a new building management system, associated demolition and hazardous materials abatement, replacements of existing ceiling systems, and roof repairs required by HVAC replacements. The project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts including HVAC, General, and Electrical Construction Contract Work. Each bidder must include with his bid, a certified check or bid bond, payable to the order of the City of Niagara Falls, in the amount of not less than FIVE (5) PERCENT of the price bid, subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond, in form and substance, and with sureties approved by the City Corporation Counsel, in the amount of not less than ONE HUNDRED (100) PERCENTUM of the total amount of the accepted proposal.
