Alterations required to provide HVAC upgrades / replacement of the existing two-pipe HVAC system and equipment including providing a new building management system, associated demolition and hazardous materials abatement, replacements of existing ceiling systems, and replacement of existing delaminating fire proofing. The project will be constructed under coordinated, concurrent multiple contracts including HVAC, General, and Electrical Construction Contract Work.
