Project Description: Contractor shall replace the overhead doors and install new with electric motor operators. The are three (3) doors in building C and Three (3) doors in building D that need replacing. 5.1 Removal of Existing Overhead Doors 5.1.1 Contractor shall remove and dispose of six (6) existing doors. 5.1.2 Contractor shall provide and install six (6) new doors and motorized operators. 5.2 Electrical Upgrades for Shop Areas: 5.2.1 Contractor shall provide all required design and engineering, perform selective demolition, construction, and furnish and install all products in accordance with the requirements of this Statement of Work. Design documents shall be provided in Submittals. 5.1.2 Contractor shall provide and install motorized door operators. 5.2.3 Contractor shall field verify all dimensions for all quantities prior to ordering materials. Contractor will request CBP COR inspection before covering exposed new electrical wiring and HVAC ducting. 5.2.4 If any portions of the fire suppression system in or around the shop areas must be taken out of service outside of the scheduled work hours and days as defined herein a “fire watch” shall be provided by the contractor during these time periods and coordinated with the facility manager.
