The Town of Leesburg ("Town") is issuing this Request for Information ("RFI") to obtain information and industry feedback for the Town to procure and upgrade existing disparate access control system with a cloud-based enterprise system. This RFI is to determine the solutions that are available. The Enterprise Access Control System should include the following: 1. Integration with Active Directory 2. Reprogram capability of current boards (total of 82 mercury boards) a. Models EP1502, EP1501, MR52, MR52, 1501 Internal SIO, 1502 Internal SIO, LP1501, LP1502 3. Current card reader formats 26 bit wiegand (FC 90),Leesburg 37 bit,FC 401 37 bit,26 bit (Total readers approx. 175) 4. Pin pads at some facilities 5. Scanner on stanchion &/or handheld device for evacuation accounting of employees 6. Provide text alerts/notifications 7. Ability to provide Bluetooth access (temporary or limited access using cellular device/mobile access) 8. Lock down capabilities 9. All patches and updates to the system to be managed by the vendor 10. Possible integration with other applications i.e., Teams 11. Open platform nonproprietary 12. Cloud based 13.
