Maintenance support and incidental repair services to the Hirsch Identiv Security Access Control System and Security Camera System of the Veterans Home of California - Fresno The anticipated term of this agreement begins on the date indicated in the key action dates, for a term of three (3) years at the rates stated in Exhibit B-1, Cost Sheet. If the Contractor starts performance before final approval of the contract, it shall be considered voluntary on the part of the Contractor and free of charge. (Anticipated Agreement Start Date January 1, 2025, or until final approvals) The Contractor shall provide all products, equipment, tools, and labor required to achieve these tasks at the following location: Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Home of California (VHC) – Fresno 2811 Cesar Chavez Blvd Fresno, CA 93706 Question Deadline 11/26/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All questions regarding the content of this RFQ shall be submitted in writing electronically to ITProcurementServices@calvet.ca.gov CalVet reserves the right to reject all Quotes at its sole discretion. If all Quotes are too high, CalVet is not required to award an agreement (PCC 10344(d), 10377(d)).
