Site work for a civil project in Surf City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work shall include various tank repairs including but not limited to foundation repairs, replacement of manholes, ladder, safety climb systems, pressure vent, condensate drain line, screens, lighting system repairs, metal repairs, etc. Work shall include cleaning and painting of the interior wet and dry surfaces and exterior surface of the waterspheroid. All work shall include labor, material and equipment necessary including all work incidental thereto to complete the project as specified herein. This project requires repairs to nonfunctioning portion of lighting system, therefore bidders are required to perform said work within a Licensed Electrician performed by the General Contractor or Subcontractor. Official documents must be purchased from Owen, Little & Associates for Bid Submission. No downloaded documents will be accepted, as we cannot guarantee accuracy. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Surf City in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Borough of Surf City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 12/11/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the Engineer, and endorsed as "2024 REPAIRS/PAINTING OF THE 13(TM) STREET 750,000 GALLON WATERSPHERIOD, BOROUGH OF SURF CITY"
