The total project includes approximately 947 Tons of 9.5M64 HMA Top Course, 1208 Tons of 19M64 HMA Base Course, 6250 square yards of pavement removal, 6250 Square Yards of DGA, fourteen (14) drainage inlets, 300 LF of concrete curb, 740 LF of 8-inch drainage pipe, three (3) tide valves, one (1) sanitary manhole, 20 LF 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all restoration including restriping, driveways, stone and cleanup. A Buy America Compliance Plan is required to confirm that the material meets the Buy America requirements and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. No. 117-58, which includes the Build America, Buy America Act ("the Act"). Pub. L. No. 117-58, && 70901-52 as specified in 106.03. See Special Provisions Section 106. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same.
