The purpose of this project is to provide drainage and flood improvements including the mill and overlay of six roadways and reconstruction of two roadways in the Borough of Surf City. Work includes approximately 2,695 square yards of pavement removal, 2,695 square yards of dense grade aggregate, 12,555 square yards of milling, 3,658 tons of hot mix asphalt, 102 linear feet of drainage pipe, three drainage structures, 914 linear feet of concrete curb, 383 square yards of driveway restoration, pavement striping, turf repair, and all other necessary work to complete the project as specified. Bidders must comply with requirements including the submission of a BID BOND in the specified amount, adherence to Buy America compliance, and applicable state regulations. Official documents must be purchased from the designated engineering office for bid submission, and no downloaded documents will be accepted. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person prior to the bid opening time.
