Site work for a water / sewer project in Surf City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this contract shall include the removal and disposal of existing split case booster pump and motor, and all valves, piping and fittings. Furnish and install a new 600 GPM Split Case Booster Pump, Valves, fittings and piping and all materials, labor and equipment for a complete project. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Borough of surf city in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be Submitted with the proposal as Bid Security, pursuant to local public contact Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. The Borough of Surf City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
