Site work and paving for a civil project in Surf City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
the following project: 2024 Bulkhead Replacement Project - S. 1ST STREET- The work under this contract shall include site clearing, demolition and disposal of 56 LF timber bulkhead, inlets, outfall pipe, concrete and asphalt surfaces, etc., and the construction of 56 LF vinyl bulkhead, two (2) "A" inlets, 16 LF 12 inch PVC storm pipe, two (2) 12 inch tide valves, 90 SY asphalt restoration, 10 SY concrete restoration and 35 SY stone restoration including all other incidental work necessary. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Surf City in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Borough of Surf City reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids. Prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the job site prior to submission of BID, to familiarize themselves with site conditions.
