Job Order Contracting for Mechanical and Plumbing Service(s) for the Department of Military Affairs. If required for a Job Order, the Contractor shall deliver to the Owner a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Performance Bond, DGS-30-084 (CO-10) and a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Labor and Material Payment Bond, DGS-30-088 (CO10.1), each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Job Order Price for Job Orders up to $500,000. See the General Conditions and Code of Virginia 2.2-4337 and 2.24338, as amended. The Owner reserves the right to require such bonds for contracts up to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). If the Owner so elects, the requirement shall be set forth in the Job Order Proposal Request. The Contract(s), if awarded, will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) within each zone, if any, provided the bid(s) is reasonable and it is in the best interest of the Owner to accept it and subject to the Owner's right to reject any and all bids and to waive informality in the bids and in the bidding. Determination of the lowest responsible bidder, if any, will be the lowest Award Criteria Figure.
