This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been prepared by Washington County to obtain Construction Administration and Inspection Services for certain projects that will be constructed in 2025. Any questions regarding this RFP should be directed via email to allan.brandt@co.washington.mn.us by 3:00 PM on Friday, December 13, 2024. If a question pertains to a clarification of this RFP, the question and answer will be posted on the County's website. Provide two (2) qualified, experienced individuals to fulfill the role of Project Engineer on several construction projects as part of a project team that will consist of Washington County and Consultant Staff. The Project Engineer will be working at the discretion of the Construction Engineer and will be supported by the Design Project Manager throughout the project. The essential role of this individual will be to represent Washington County for all construction administration work and to oversee the project in accordance with the construction contract and established construction procedures. This individual does not need to be a licensed engineer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
