Site work and paving for a civil project in Blackshear, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following: The replacement of the existing 48" CMP pipes and damaged tank car culvert with triple 7'x5'concrete box culvert with wingwalls, parapets, energy dissipaters, and apron, the replacement of an additional existing culvert pipe with 42" RCP culvert with GDOT 1125 headwalls and apron, the removal and replacement of 194 yd2 of asphalt, rip rap, erosion control measures, traffic control, and all other necessary appurtenances for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. Bid shall be submitted on Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose, in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Plans and Specifications which are on file and may be reviewed at the office of the Chairman and the office of Hofstadter and Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 4571 Arkwright Road, Macon, Georgia 31210 by appointment. Question Deadline 12/31/2024 Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer.
