Provide all materials and labor for the painting of the entire interior, including all hallways, classrooms, bathrooms, cafeteria, gym, and offices, at Pierce County Middle School. All Work must be completed by July 28, 2021 Typical Wall Color: Match Existing Sherwin Williams "Pebble White", PPG, or similar high quality brand HM door, door & window frames and existing Hallway "stripe and trims": Change color to Sherwin Williams Cityscape SW7067 Metal Frames: oil based, or similar quality for covering metal surfaces. Walls: high performance Acrylic Enamel semi-gloss or similar performing paint * Contractor shall perform all necessary site work required to clean, sand, and prep all surfaces prior to painting interior spaces of school. Site Location * It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify all existing conditions and measurements. Any overlooked conditions or misjudgment in measurements, work/labor required to complete the project, or material calculations are the sole responsibility of the contractor. It is also the responsibility of the contractor to protect the site, using signage, barricades, and temporary fencing if required in order to provide a safe work environment. Contractor will be required to leave jobsite clean and safe upon completion. Contractor shall be responsible for all injury or damage of any kind resulting from this work to persons or property regardless of ownership. In addition to the liability imposed upon the Contractor on account of personal injury (including death) or property damage suffered through the Contractor's negligence, which liability is not impaired or otherwise affected hereby, the Contractor assumes the obligation to hold the Owner harmless and to indemnify the Owner from every expense liability or payment arising out of or through injury, including death, to any person or persons or damage to property (regardless of who may be the owner of the property) or any place in which work is located arising out of or suffered through any negligent act or omission of the Contractor, Its Agents, Servants or Employees. The Pierce County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for any or all products covered in this Bid and to waive informalities or defects in submissions to accept such Bid if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Board.
