Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Blackshear, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Pierce County is requesting qualifications and proposals for selection of an Engineering Firm to provide a full range of engineering services associated with the rehabilitation of the Tiger Field Recreation Park. The rehabilitation improvements include constructing a new sidewalk from the parking area to the bleachers, as well as installing a concrete pad around the bleacher areas. Other improvements include replacing the lights around the field with LED lighting Selection of an Engineer for the project will be required to develop concept, schematic design, design development documents, permit drawings, and 100% construction documents as well as provide construction oversight in accordance with the scope of work identified herein. All contracts are subject to Federal and/or State contract provisions prescribed by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. Pierce County is committed to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing.
