The City of Stayton (City), through the Public Works Department, is requesting proposals from firms (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant") qualified and interested in providing preliminary, detailed, and final professional engineering design and related services for the City of Stayton - Sewer Infrastructure Improvements Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). The City may reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all Proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so. Submit three (3) copies of the Proposal in a sealed envelope marked "PROPOSAL FOR THE CITY OF STAYTON - SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT" to the following: City of Stayton Attn: Michael Schmidt, Public Works 362.
