Description

Site work for a civil project in Stayton, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Stayton is seeking experienced Design-Build teams with expertise in municipal water systems, hydrogeology, and Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) infrastructure. Interested teams are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating their expertise in these areas. The City will review the SOQs, score them, and select three teams to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) phase. One Design-Build team will be ultimately selected to design and construct the City's ASR system. Unsuccessful proposers in the RFP phase will receive a proposal stipend, and the cost of producing the RFP for the selected team will be included in the final proposal or contract. Registration to receive the RFQ is available through the City's Public Works Department until the stated deadline. Registration requests should be submitted via email as provided in the instructions.
