The scope of this Job Order Contract is to provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to be described in individual Job Orders. Work will include multi-trade and single-trade interior and exterior renovation projects costing between $5,000 and $1,000,000 per Job Order. All projects will not exceed a total work value of $5,000,000 per Option Year. The scope will be restricted to interior and exterior building renovations such as office and classroom remodels. This may include modification of HVAC systems, installing drop ceilings, electrical work, re-routing existing plumbing lines, demolition and construction of new walls, and patch and paint work. The scope will include path of travel site upgrades required by building renovation work as well as incidental hazardous material remediation. Work classified as maintenance may require interaction with University's shops' staff during project delivery. Work will take place at UC Davis sites in Yolo County. Exclusions include Work at the Primate Center, and renovations involving of fume hoods or specialized exhaust systems in hazardous material environments. New buildings, building additions or standalone civil or utilites work is excluded. In addition, projects involving installation of radiological equipment are excluded, as well as any other project requiring federal or other grant fund terms and conditions or Davis Bacon Wage Rates above what is included in this contract. Work on this project does not include any work at any UC Davis leased property, the Primate Center, any project involving federal or other grant funded terms and conditions, or any projects that require the inclusion of Davis-Bacon Wage rates. The University has determined that bidders who submit bids on this project must be prequalified. Prequalified bidders will be required to have the following California contractor's license: General Building Contractor "B" The University reserves the right to reject any or all responses to Prequalification Questionnaires and to waive non-material irregularities in any response received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
