Remodeling of an educational facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Klamath County School District will accept sealed bids for the construction of the Henley Middle School Locker Room Remodel project. The project will be a public improvement project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, Prevailing Wage Rates. The work contemplated consists of the following: Remodel of the boys and girls locker room. Removal of existing lockers, benches, etc. Removal of concrete walls/curbs in the shower area. Reconfiguration of existing spaces to increase accessibility. New tiling in the shower area and restrooms. New restroom partitions. Paint, bathroom accessories, and other finish work. Replacement of lighting fixtures. The owner reserves the right to postpone the award of the contract for sixty (60) days and may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements on these solicitation documents and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner, that it is in the public interest to do so
