Site work for an educational facility in Argos, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
1. The Work includes removal and replacement of existing athletic field fencing at the baseball and soccer field areas as indicated, with new vinyl coated fencing and fabric as specified. 2. Sitework also includes removal of existing concrete flatwork, retaining wall and railings as indicated in and around the existing concessions building and replacement of that work with new. Alternate bid work also indicated in the site / civil drawings. All bids must be filed on the required non-collusion affidavit properly signed and executed as evidence of financial responsibility and filed with Mr. Ned Speicher, Superintendent, 500 Yearick Street, Argos, IN 46501. Each bidder shall submit either a bond, money order, cashier's check or certified check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to Argos Community Schools. All bids must be made in compliance with the laws governing such matters and the Argos School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid, not necessarily the low bid, or to accept bids on one or more separate items.
