West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (WVU or University) is initiating this Request for Proposals RFP for the following: for the following: Contract with a minimum of two (2) qualified licensed Plumbing Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of plumbing systems in West Virginia University owned buildings, on the WVU campuses, as needed. Award of a contract does not obligate West Virginia University to engage the Contractor in performing any minimum amount of service during the contract period. This will be a five (5) year contract. Anticipated Contract Start Date January 2025 . This will be a five (5) year contract. Cutoff for Questions DATE: 01/03/2025 TIME: 12:00pm EST . Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board The University reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all Proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this RFP. If any Proposal is rejected, a written explanation prepared by the CPO, or designee, shall be noted in the Procurement File.
