The RCF Customer Service Building (CSB) Re-Demising project will provide the improvements necessary to support a new concession agreement, and to update/remodel to customer restrooms within the CSB. The scope of the improvements is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, interior walls/flooring, lighting, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, communications, plumbing, restrooms, and way finding signage. The building exteriors are not anticipated to change.
