Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mercer Island, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construct a gravel trail and concrete staircase in Aubrey Davis Park to connect Luther Burbank Park to Town Center. The trail and staircase would be approximately 700 linear feet total and run from the intersection of SE 26th Street and 84th Avenue SE to the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trail (I-90 Trail). This project also includes adding an ADA accessible route along North Mercer Way. As of As of May 8, 2025, this project is included in the City's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This project is still in the conceptual phase. A design firm has been selected and no timeline for construction has been established yet. Construction is not expected for at least two years. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
